10–12

Contacts with parental approval, supervised chats, calls only with confirmed friends, no open LIVE.
13–15

Private profile, age-appropriate feed, creator and LIVE features with limits.

AYLEEN Next
Chat, call and video freely – with anyone you like. The switch happens automatically on your 16th birthday.
From 16: no more access to the protected area – you continue in AYLEEN Next.
Child safety comes first
Every permission is checked on the server – not just in the app.
Why AYLEEN exists
Kids and teens should be able to make friends online – without cybergrooming (targeted manipulation by adults), blackmail, pressure to share intimate pictures or dangerous meetings. AYLEEN aims to spot warning signs early, stop unwanted contacts and quickly lead to people you trust. The platform carries the responsibility – never the child.
Beware of “sugar daddies”
Anyone who promises kids or teens money, gifts or credit in return for photos, chats or meetings wants to exploit them. AYLEEN aims to recognise such offers and warn about them (planned) – and getting help is never embarrassing.
Verified identity
An account is only activated after identity verification and parental approval.
No adults
Adults have no access to the protected area for ages 6 to 15. The only exception: the family bridge, which only parents can set up.
Protected contacts
Friendships need confirmation. Block lists and parental status protect messages and media.
Protected media
Photos and videos stay private: no public link, no download button.
LIVE with moderation
LIVE only with approval, real-time moderation and instant shutdown.
Privacy stays
Parents see approvals and safety status – but not automatically every private message.
AYLEEN HELP (planned)
Always visible in chat, profile, video call and LIVE: “I feel pressured”, “Report contact”, “Get help” – pause a contact, block without giving a reason and find support nearby.
No system can rule out abuse completely. That’s why accounts for children will only open once all safety features are built and independently reviewed.
For parents: oversight, not surveillance
- Parents approve each feature individually and can withdraw any approval – the feature is then blocked immediately.
- A QR code only links – it never activates an account on its own.
- Parents see approvals and safety status – but not automatically every private message.

Who is AYLEEN for?
For kids and teens aged 6 to 15 – with rules that fit their age. From 16, it continues in AYLEEN Next.
Can adults join?
Not in the protected area for ages 6 to 15. The only exception is the family bridge, which only parents can set up. Parents have their own parents’ area.
Do parents read all messages?
No. Parents receive approvals and the safety status, but no automatic full access to private conversations.
Which languages is AYLEEN available in?

What happens at 16?
On your 16th birthday, AYLEEN switches automatically to AYLEEN Next. AYLEEN lets you know in the chat one month before. Your profile, photos, username and all existing contacts come along – including friends under 16. New contacts with under-16s stay blocked for safety reasons.
