AYLEEN is a business unit of THE RED ROSE MEDIA LLC.
This page explains in plain language what AYLEEN does with the data of children and young people. Part A is for children aged 6 to 11, for reading aloud. Part B is for children and young people aged 12 to 15. Part C is for young people aged 16 and 17 in AYLEEN Next. The full Privacy Policy applies in the same way; everything is set out there in detail. At the very bottom you find what applies especially in your country. This English version is a translation; the German version is the original.
Which country counts? What counts is the country where you live — not which passport you have. For your account, that is the country your parents stated.
For parents
- These versions explain to your child what AYLEEN does with its data. The full Privacy Policy is authoritative; both describe the same thing.
- Your child has its own right to understandable information, even if you decide for it. Please read Part A together.
- Your child can contact AYLEEN itself (in the app under "Requests" or at hello@therose.media). You can also submit requests about your child's data under "Requests". You can switch permissions off in the parents' area at any time.
- You do not read your child's messages in the app. Which notices you receive is set out in Part B, section 6.
- What applies especially to children in your country (for example age limits or rights of parents) is at the end of this page and in detail in the section for your country of the Privacy Policy.
- No system can completely rule out misuse. Talk with your child about what it can do if something seems strange.
Part A · For children aged 6 to 11
To read aloud with your parents.
What is this about?
This says what AYLEEN knows about you and what happens with it. These things are called "data". Read it together with your mum, your dad or another person who looks after you.
AYLEEN is still being built. You cannot sign up yet. What it says here applies once it starts.
Who owns AYLEEN?
AYLEEN belongs to a company in the USA. It is called THE RED ROSE MEDIA LLC.
Who makes your account?
Your parents. Children cannot sign up to AYLEEN themselves.
Before you can use your account, two people at AYLEEN check:
- who your parents are — with their ID and a photo of them,
- how old you are — with an ID card or a birth certificate of yours,
- that your parents are allowed to look after you.
These pictures are kept encrypted. After the check they are deleted. After 30 days at the latest they are gone. From the check, AYLEEN remembers your birthday, the result, who checked and when.
What does AYLEEN know about you?
For example:
- your name and your username,
- your birthday,
- your country and your language,
- the name of your device,
- who your friends are and whom you have blocked,
- your messages,
- whether the warning system found something in a message (without the text),
- when you get help, report someone, someone reports you or you write to us.
AYLEEN does not store your internet address.
How do you sign in?
You do not need a password. Your parents connect your device with a code. They can sign your device out again at any time.
What do your parents decide?
- Your parents switch on what you may do on AYLEEN — for example have friends or write messages. They can switch it off again at any time.
- Until you are 13, your parents say yes or no to every friend request. They see the name and username of the other child.
- You cannot buy anything on AYLEEN.
Do your parents read your messages?
No. In the app your parents cannot read your messages.
Sometimes, though, your parents get a short notice. It never says what was written. There is a notice when
- a device was connected to your account,
- someone with another device wanted to use your connection code again,
- the warning system holds back a very dangerous message to you,
- you choose "Let my parents know" under "Help",
- you block an adult your parents connected you with,
- you turn 16.
If you yourself write that you are not doing well or that someone is threatening you, your parents get no automatic notice. Then AYLEEN helps you, and a person at AYLEEN takes a look. Your parents only find out if you choose "Let my parents know".
Your parents can ask AYLEEN what AYLEEN has stored about you. Whether they also get your messages depends on the law. What applies in your country is at the very bottom.
Who reads your messages?
Nobody at AYLEEN just reads your messages.
AYLEEN has built a warning system. It is a computer program. It is meant to look at messages before they arrive — the messages to you and the ones you write. It looks for signs that someone wants to harm a child. For example, if someone wants photos, offers money, threatens or wants you to secretly switch to another app.
The warning system is still switched off. As long as it is off, you cannot write or receive messages on AYLEEN.
When it is on:
- If the program finds something in a message to you, you see a warning. Then you can block, report or get help.
- If it is very dangerous, the program holds the message back. Then a person at AYLEEN takes a look.
- Your messages are also looked at. If you write something that looks dangerous, the program can stop your message. Then a person takes a look, and for a while you can only write with limits.
- A computer never blocks an account on its own. People always decide that.
The program does not find everything. If something seems strange to you, tell your parents or get help.
What can you do yourself?
- Block: Then the person can no longer write to you.
- Pause: Then for a while you see no new messages from this chat. The other person does not notice.
- Report: Then someone from AYLEEN looks at it. The other person does not find out it was you.
- Delete: You can delete your own message. Then it says "Message deleted".
Getting help
If something scares you, tap "Help".
- AYLEEN shows you places you can call.
- A person at AYLEEN looks at your request. If you chose a chat, AYLEEN keeps the last messages from it encrypted.
- Your parents only find out if you choose "Let my parents know".
- AYLEEN is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call the emergency number straight away. The number for your country is at the very bottom.
Where are your data?
Your data are with the company Cloudflare on computers in Europe. Cloudflare is a company from the USA, like the company that owns AYLEEN.
How long do your data stay?
- ID card and birth certificate: until the check, at most 30 days.
- Messages: one year. If a person at AYLEEN is still checking something dangerous, they stay longer.
- Your account: until your parents delete it.
- Some things stay for a while even after deletion, for example a list of what happened in your account (without your messages). Exactly how long has not been decided yet. AYLEEN will decide it before children can join.
What may you do?
You may — also together with your parents —
- ask what AYLEEN knows about you,
- say if something is wrong,
- demand that AYLEEN deletes data.
Write to us in the app under "Requests" or at hello@therose.media. Your parents do not find out. AYLEEN answers as quickly as possible. It costs nothing. Where you can complain if you think AYLEEN is doing something wrong is at the very bottom.
If AYLEEN has decided something against your account, we tell you why. You can appeal against it. Then another person takes another look.
Is there advertising?
No. Children never get advertising on AYLEEN.
What does AYLEEN store on your device?
- A sign-in token so that your device stays signed in. It expires after 30 days. Then your parents connect your device again.
- While your parents connect your device, your device briefly remembers a secret token.
- Your language, if you choose one yourself.
- The files of the app, so that it starts quickly. Your messages are not in them.
When you turn 16
AYLEEN writes to you one month before. On your 16th birthday you move to AYLEEN Next. Your parents get a short notice about it. Your friendships stay.
Questions?
Ask your parents. Or write to us in the app under "Requests".
Part B · For children and young people aged 12 to 15
1 · What this is about
This says what data AYLEEN stores about you, for what purpose, for how long and what rights you have. The full Privacy Policy applies in the same way; everything is set out there in detail. What applies especially in your country is at the end of this page.
Today: Registration is still closed, child accounts are not yet enabled, and the warning system is switched off. What it says here applies once it starts.
2 · Who is responsible?
THE RED ROSE MEDIA LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA · Email: hello@therose.media. AYLEEN is a business unit of THE RED ROSE MEDIA LLC.
3 · Why your account goes through your parents
In the protected area (6 to 15 years), your parents create your account. You can only use it once two different people at AYLEEN have checked by hand who your parents are, how old you are and that your parents have parental responsibility.
AYLEEN always involves your parents until your 16th birthday, no matter which country you live in. What the law of your country says about this is at the end of this page.
4 · Which data, for what
| Data | From where | For what |
|---|---|---|
| Name, username, country, language, time zone | from your parents | your account; rules matching age and country |
| Date of birth | from your parents, then checked by hand | so that AYLEEN knows which area you belong to |
| Proofs: your ID card or birth certificate, proof of parental responsibility | uploaded by your parents | checking age and parental responsibility |
| Device: name, who connected it, when | from you and your parents | sign-in without a password |
| Permissions: what your parents switched on and when | from your parents | only permitted functions work |
| Friendships (with the age of both of you at the start), blocks, family bridges, pauses | from you, your contacts, your parents | who may reach whom |
| Messages (text up to 2,000 characters, time, whether it arrived, whether the warning system warned) | from you and your contacts | chat |
| Warning entries (without text), cases, evidence, restrictions | from the warning system and from people at AYLEEN | protection against cybergrooming (section 8) |
| Reports, help requests, appeals | from you or from others | help, review by people |
| Requests: your questions and requests about your data (text up to 4,000 characters) | from you | handling your requests (section 16) |
| Notices to your parents (only the type, without content) | from AYLEEN | informing your parents (section 6) |
| Messages from AYLEEN | from AYLEEN | information; you cannot reply; AYLEEN never asks in them for passwords or data |
| Log: what happened in your account and what staff did — never message text | from AYLEEN | proof, security, finding errors |
AYLEEN does not store your internet address (IP address). To stop someone from trying codes as often as they like, AYLEEN counts attempts only with an encrypted identifier of your connection and deletes the counter after its time window ends in the next hourly run.
5 · Sign-in without a password
Your parents create a connection code (also as a QR code). It is valid for 10 minutes and only once. Your device opens it, your parents confirm on their device. If another device tries to use the same code again, AYLEEN blocks this connection, and your parents get a security notice. Your parents can sign your device out at any time; then you are signed out there immediately.
6 · What your parents see — and what not
Your parents see in the parents' area: your name, username, country, language, age, whether the checks are complete, your devices, which functions are switched on, your family bridges (name and username of the adult) and open connection codes. Until you are 13, they also see every friend request with the name and username of the other child and decide on it.
Your parents do not see in the parents' area: your messages, your help requests, your requests and your appeals. Your parents can, however, ask AYLEEN which data AYLEEN has stored about you. Whether they also get your messages depends on the law and on your age; what applies in your country is at the end of this page.
Notices to your parents — always without content. Your parents get a notice when
- a device was connected to your account,
- another device wanted to use your connection code again,
- the warning system holds back a message to you at the highest level,
- you choose "Let my parents know" in AYLEEN HELP,
- you block an adult your parents connected you with through a family bridge,
- you turn 16 and move to AYLEEN Next.
Only a parent registered as having parental responsibility for you gets a notice — and never a parent who is involved in a case or suspected. If you yourself write that you are in a serious emergency, your parents get no automatic notice (section 8).
7 · Messages and friendships
- Others find you only by your exact username. There are no contact suggestions.
- Messages go only to people you are friends with or with whom your parents connected you through a family bridge. If you have blocked someone — or they you — no more messages go through.
- The other person does not see whether you have read their message or whether you are online.
- Chatting only works once your age is checked.
- You can pause a conversation for 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days. The other person does not notice; nor do your parents. Messages still arrive; you see them when you open the chat or the pause ends.
- You can delete your own message. The text is then gone immediately; it says "Message deleted". If the message belongs to a review, AYLEEN first keeps an encrypted copy.
- Transmission is encrypted. The messages are not end-to-end encrypted, though: the text is on the server so that the warning system can check it.
- Nobody at AYLEEN reads ordinary conversations. Staff see a text only if the warning system has held the message back, or in encrypted evidence (sections 9 and 10). Every such access is logged.
8 · The warning system
When it runs. The warning system is switched off. As long as it is off in your country, you cannot send or receive messages. It will only be switched on once AYLEEN has assessed the consequences for data protection in writing, the legal basis is settled and the data protection supervisory authority has been asked beforehand where the law requires it. Only two people together can switch it on.
What it then does. Before delivery, a program checks every message involving a person under 18 for patterns that can indicate cybergrooming — for example the request to switch to another app, demands for pictures, offers of money or gifts, threats or age statements that do not match the verified age. It takes the context into account: how big the age gap is, whether you have been connected for less than 14 days, whether there were already warnings in this conversation in the last 7 days, whether there is already a confirmed case or a restriction against the sending person and whether they triggered warnings with at least 3 different minors in 7 days.
| Level | What you see | What happens to the sending person | People at AYLEEN |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | nothing; only an entry without text | — | — |
| 2 | message with warning; block, report, help | — | review from 3 warnings in 7 days |
| 3 | message held back, notice | 24 hours: messages to minors only after review | review with high priority; encrypted evidence |
| 4 | held back, help view | contact with minors blocked, without a fixed end, until people decide | immediate review; evidence; your parents get a notice without content |
- Your own messages are checked too. At level 3 or 4 you yourself are provisionally restricted, and AYLEEN secures encrypted evidence. You get reasons and can appeal (section 12).
- If you are not doing well: If you yourself write that you are in a serious emergency — for example that someone is pressuring you with pictures, money or a meeting —, your message is delivered. AYLEEN offers you help straight away, secures evidence, and a person at AYLEEN looks at it with the highest urgency. Your parents get no automatic notice.
- Question for your protection: If you want to send your phone number or your name in another app to someone who is older or whom you have only known for a short time, AYLEEN asks first whether you really want to. You decide; nothing is stored.
- People decide: An account is never blocked automatically. If a warning turns out to be a false alarm, the automatic steps end immediately.
9 · Reporting
You can report a person or a message. The reported person never finds out who reported. AYLEEN stores who reported so that you can see the status of your report, plus reason, free text (up to 2,000 characters) and status. For a reported message, AYLEEN keeps it and up to 20 messages before it from the last 7 days encrypted as evidence.
10 · AYLEEN HELP
- You can choose "Help" at any time — also for a particular conversation. AYLEEN then opens a case that people at AYLEEN review.
- If you chose a conversation, AYLEEN stores encrypted evidence with up to 20 messages from the last 7 days.
- AYLEEN shows you verified helplines, each with its source. Today there are such entries for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA.
- Your parents get a notice only if you choose "Let my parents know". What you wrote they never see in the parents' area.
- AYLEEN is not an emergency service and does not promise an immediate response. In danger, call the emergency number straight away; the number for your country is at the end of this page.
11 · Reports to authorities
If AYLEEN learns of a suspicion of a crime that endangers the life or safety of a person, AYLEEN informs the police or the judicial authorities insofar as the law requires or permits it. As a company in the USA, AYLEEN also reports child sexual abuse material to a reporting centre in the USA (NCMEC), insofar as US law requires. At AYLEEN, every such report needs two people.
12 · Does a computer decide about you?
Today AYLEEN makes no automatic decisions because the warning system is off. When it is on, it only takes provisional steps automatically: delivering a message with a warning, holding back a message, provisionally restricting the sending person. Blocking an account, informing an authority and checking IDs are always done by people.
You can appeal against any decision concerning your account: in the app under "Decisions and appeals", free of charge and up to six months after the decision. The reasons are there too. The appeal is decided by a person who was not involved in the first decision. Your parents learn nothing about your appeal.
13 · Where your data are
AYLEEN is run by a company in the USA. AYLEEN stores data with the company Cloudflare, also a US company. The database and file storage are set up so that they run and store in the EU. The programs that access them may, however, run anywhere in the world, and the data travel over Cloudflare's worldwide network. Details are in the full Privacy Policy.
14 · How long AYLEEN stores your data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| ID card, proof of birth, proof of parental responsibility | deleted immediately after the decision, otherwise at the latest after 30 days |
| Date of birth and check result | the check is valid for 2 years; deleted when your parents delete your account |
| Sign-in token | 30 days from pairing; gone immediately when the device is signed out |
| Connection code | valid for 10 minutes; entry deleted after 30 days |
| Counters against too many attempts | after the end of the time window in the next hourly run |
| Messages | 365 days; longer while a message is held back or belongs to an open case |
| Friend requests nobody accepts | end after 30 days; deleted 30 days later |
| Messages from AYLEEN | read ones after 365 days; all when your parents delete your account |
| Warning entries (without text) | 30 days if they belong to no case |
| Evidence | 90 days, after a report to authorities at least 365 days; deleted only when the case is closed |
| Help requests and reports | 365 days after the case was closed |
| Notices to your parents, your devices | until your account is deleted |
| Cases, restrictions, appeals, requests, friendships, blocks, permissions, parental responsibility, log | no fixed maximum period has been set yet; AYLEEN currently does not delete them automatically. AYLEEN will set maximum periods before child accounts are enabled. You can request deletion (section 16) |
Deleted database entries can still be technically restored at the database service for up to 30 days; AYLEEN does this only after a technical fault.
15 · Deleting your account
Only your parents can delete your account. Then your sign-ins are ended immediately, your devices signed out, the connection codes deleted, your friendships ended, your family bridges and permissions revoked and your name and username removed. Shortly afterwards your proofs, the notices to your parents, the messages from AYLEEN, your date of birth and the check result are deleted; your sent messages are deleted by the next hourly run.
What remains nevertheless: an account entry without a name, the entries about your parents' parental responsibility and about the permissions (as ended), blocks, a note that the deletion is done, the log and everything that belongs to a case, until its period ends. If a case is still open, the deletion is scheduled and carried out as soon as the case is closed.
You yourself can write to us at any time, also if you want data to be deleted: in the app under "Requests" or at hello@therose.media. Your parents learn nothing about it.
16 · Your rights
You can ask AYLEEN for:
- access to your data,
- rectification of wrong data,
- erasure of data,
- restriction of processing,
- a copy of the data you entered yourself,
- and you can object to processing.
How to make a request: In the app under "Requests" you can make a request about your data yourself (access, rectification, restriction, portability, objection). Only you and the AYLEEN team see your request. Your parents can also make requests for you. AYLEEN answers as quickly as possible, and it costs nothing. Which of these rights the law of your country gives you, the longest AYLEEN may take to answer and where you can complain is at the end of this page.
17 · Advertising
Under 18, AYLEEN never shows you advertising and builds no advertising profile. AYLEEN only sends you messages about AYLEEN itself, for example the note about AYLEEN Next one month before your 16th birthday.
18 · What AYLEEN stores on your device
| What | Content | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in cookie | a random value so that your device stays signed in (AYLEEN stores only a hash of it) | 30 days from pairing; then your parents connect your device again |
Device key (ayleen-geraet) | a random secret token for connecting, without a name | until 24 hours after connecting; then the app removes it the next time it opens |
Pairing data (ayleen-kopplung) | only while your parents connect your device: waiting token, waiting time and the comparison number you show your parents — never the code itself | until connecting is finished or you close the window |
| Language | only the language code, for example "de" — only if you choose a language yourself | until you delete the site data |
| Program files of the app | so that the app starts quickly; never your messages | until the next version or until you delete the site data |
AYLEEN uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. You can delete this in your browser settings ("Delete site data"); after that your parents must connect your device again.
19 · What does not exist yet
Photos, videos, voice messages, calls, LIVE, groups and translation are not yet in operation. Before any of these functions starts, this policy will be supplemented.
20 · At 16: AYLEEN Next
- One month before your 16th birthday, AYLEEN sends you a message. AYLEEN never asks you for a password in it.
- On your 16th birthday your account switches automatically to AYLEEN Next if your date of birth is verified. Your parents get a notice without content about it. Your friendships stay.
- Your account stays connected to your device and to your parents: they still see it in the parents' area, and their permissions still apply. From then on they no longer get warning-system notices.
Part C · AYLEEN Next — for young people aged 16 and 17
1 · What this is about
AYLEEN Next is the area from 16. Here it says briefly what happens with your data while you are 16 or 17. For everything else the full Privacy Policy applies. Today registration is still closed. Whether you can already sign up yourself at 16 in your country is at the end of this page.
2 · Who is responsible?
THE RED ROSE MEDIA LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA · company under the laws of Wyoming, Filing ID 2026-001985197 · Email: hello@therose.media. AYLEEN is a business unit of THE RED ROSE MEDIA LLC.
3 · Sign-up and check
- From 16 you sign up yourself, only with a passkey. You agree to the Terms of Use and confirm: "I am at least 16. If I am 16 or 17, my parents agree, insofar as the law of my country requires it." AYLEEN stores this with the time and version of the texts. Your fingerprint or face image stays on your device; AYLEEN only gets a public key. If you stop signing up before a passkey is set up, AYLEEN deletes the started account after one hour. For important steps you confirm again with your passkey; the confirmation is valid for 5 minutes.
- You upload your ID (front, optionally the back) and a selfie. The files are stored encrypted in the EU. Two different people at AYLEEN check them by hand; there is no technical face comparison. After the decision the files are deleted immediately, otherwise at the latest after 30 days. What remains are date of birth, check result, the reviewers, time and "valid until" (2 years).
- An account you create yourself from 16 is not connected to the parents' area. Your parents get no notices about you.
4 · Messages and protection
- Messages go only to friends; no read receipt, no "online"; not end-to-end encrypted; nobody at AYLEEN reads ordinary conversations.
- As long as you are under 18, messages only go through if the warning system is switched on; today it is off. When it is on, it also checks your messages; at level 3 or 4 it can provisionally restrict you, always with reasons and with an appeal. Only people block an account.
- New contacts with children under 16 are blocked; contacts from before your 16th birthday stay.
- No advertising, no advertising profile, no 18+ content, no purchases.
5 · How long, deletion, rights
- Periods: as in Part B, section 14. ID and selfie at most 30 days; messages 365 days.
- Delete account: in the app or on ayleen.io under "Delete account", with username and passkey. Immediately gone are sign-ins, passkeys, notices to your account, ID and selfie; your sent messages are deleted by the next hourly run. What remains includes your verified date of birth with check result, an account entry without a name, a deletion record and the log; no fixed maximum period has been set for these yet.
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, a copy of your data and objection — in the app under "Requests" or at hello@therose.media. Free of charge. The statutory deadlines and where you can complain: at the end of this page.
- Appeal against any decision concerning your account: under "Decisions and appeals", free of charge, up to six months after the decision.
6 · On your device
A sign-in cookie (30 days from sign-in), the language code only if you choose it yourself and the program files of the app. No analytics, advertising or tracking services.
What applies especially in your country
The section for your country follows: emergency number, what the law says about children, your rights and where you can complain.
What applies especially in your country: European Union and European Economic Area
Emergency number: In all EU countries you reach the emergency services on 112, free of charge. For Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway the number is in the next section.
What the law says: In the EU there is a law about data, the GDPR. Under it you may consent yourself to an online service from 16; below that your parents must consent or agree. Every country may lower this limit, but not below 13. Which limit applies in which country is in a table in the full Privacy Policy. AYLEEN always involves your parents until your 16th birthday, even if the limit in your country is lower.
Your rights: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, a copy of your data, objection and withdrawal of consent. You can have data deleted even when you are an adult. AYLEEN replies at the latest after one month. Only if it is necessary because of many or difficult requests may it take up to two months longer; then AYLEEN tells you why within the first month. It costs nothing.
Objection: If AYLEEN processes data because AYLEEN has a legitimate interest in it, you can object at any time if you have a special reason. AYLEEN then stops, unless there are compelling reasons that are more important or the data are needed for legal proceedings. How it works: in the app under "Requests" → "Objection to processing" or at hello@therose.media.
Your parents and your messages: If your parents ask AYLEEN about your data, AYLEEN also looks after your rights. They only get your messages, help requests, requests and appeals if you agree or a law requires it. If you are under 13, a US law (COPPA) also applies at AYLEEN that gives parents a right to see their child's data. Then AYLEEN decides case by case and looks after you.
Complaint: You can complain to the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live. Which one that is, is in a table in the full Privacy Policy. You can also go to court.
Does a computer decide about you? By law you have the right not to be subject to a decision made only by a computer that significantly affects you. Such decisions should not concern children.
Germany
- In Germany the limit is 16. Until then your parents must consent if an online service needs your consent. AYLEEN always asks your parents until your 16th birthday anyway.
- You can complain to the data protection authority of your federal state. Which one that is, is in a list in the full Privacy Policy.
- Emergency number: 112.
Austria
- In Austria you may consent yourself from the age of 14 if an online service needs your consent. AYLEEN nevertheless always asks your parents until your 16th birthday.
- You can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.
gv. ).at/ - Emergency number: 112.
Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
- Emergency number: In Iceland 112. In Liechtenstein 112 (Euro emergency number), police 117, ambulance 144. In Norway police 112, ambulance and medical emergency 113, fire 110.
- The age limit of your country is in the table in the full Privacy Policy. AYLEEN always asks your parents until your 16th birthday.
What applies especially in your country: Switzerland
Emergency number: European emergency number 112, police 117, ambulance 144. For children and young people there is the helpline 147 of Pro Juventute, around the clock, free of charge and confidential.
What the law says: In Switzerland there is no fixed age from which you may consent yourself to an online service. It depends on whether you understand what it is about ("capable of judgement"). Anyone capable of judgement can exercise rights that belong to them as a person themselves. AYLEEN nevertheless always involves your parents until your 16th birthday.
Your rights: You can ask for information about your data. AYLEEN usually replies within 30 days, free of charge. You can request that wrong data be corrected and data be deleted, and get a copy of your data.
Your parents and your messages: If your parents ask about your data, AYLEEN also looks after your rights. They only get your messages if you agree or a law requires it. If you are under 13, a US law (COPPA) also applies at AYLEEN that gives parents a right to see their child's data. Then AYLEEN decides case by case and looks after you.
Complaint: You can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): www.
What applies especially in your country: United Kingdom
